Meet The Founder
Born from weekend remodels nearly 25 years ago, Landon West has since grown L & K Custom Homes into a full-service, family-owned build firm.
With over two decades working carpentry, plumbing, electrical, concrete, drywall, & every other trade in between – intergenerational spirit fuels the company ethos: meticulous craftsmanship, open communication, and treating every home as if it were his own.
Family runs through L & K’s legacy. As a boy, Landon learned the business from his grandfather. Today, his homeschooled sons often tag along on‐site, soaking up lessons in craftsmanship and problem-solving just as he once did. That early school of hard knocks shapes everything he does – meticulous attention to detail, open, honest communication, and an insistence that no one cares more about your home than he does.
He’ll admit his perfectionism has sometimes slowed growth, but it’s also why every L & K home stands apart. At L & K Custom Homes, you aren’t just hiring a builder; you’re entrusting your project to a family that still treats your home like its own.
